Carillion Corporate Sustainability Standards for 2004

The Carillion Standards are targets that we have achieved in previous years but continue to be an important part of our sustainability strategy. These standards need to be highlighted to ensure we continue to perform and they become embedded in the way we work.

Objective	Target
Establish Carillion-wide standards in environmental, social and economic performance.	1	All Carillion employees to have an appraisal at least once a year.
	2	Contribute at least 1% of profits to community activities (case & in-kind)
	3	Demonstrate continuing reduction in CO2 emissions in car fleet.
