The “AC2E Model”.
The approach of our Health and Safety Management System plc is based on the “AC2E Model”.
The model contains 4 key elements:
- Awareness; - Competence; - Compliance; and - Excellence.
These four elements comprise the “AC2E Model” that is explained in our Health and Safety policy statement, issued in October 2004.
