Objectives:
A. Ensure all Carillion Services personnel understand our strategy and deliver to our expectations
B. Develop the sustainability Consultancy offering
Target Areas:

• Establish action plans and performance measurement tools to be used by operational contracts
|

1. Waste Transfer / Consignment Notes etc in place
|
|
|
2. Paper consumption reduced by 10% from 2003
|
|
|
3. Energy use benchmarked where we have an input
|
|
|
4. Water usage benchmarked where we have an input
|
|
|
5. Sustainability case record produced
|
• Establish environmental forums across the Carillion Services business
|
• Undertake an annual review of the environmental procedures
|
• Review and deliver environmental training
|
• Identify current clients with potential to sell additional services
|
• Develop detailed plan for cover whilst team members are on Carillion Leadership Programme placement
